1. How do I login?


You are not required to login until you start your first order.

3. How can I order?


You enter your address and click “Search.” You’ll see a list of stores delivering to you, along with nearby pickup options. Click the one you would like to order from, do the same for anything you’re feeling on its menu and hit “Proceed to Checkout.”Do that whole “ordering something on the Internet” checkout thing and we’ll notify the store to begin prepping your meat order. Done.




4. What happens after I order?


We send your order to the store as soon as you hit the button. The store tells us they’re working on the order, we email you a receipt and text you a confirmation.




5. How do I change or cancel order after I have placed it?

6. What if I didn't receive the order confirmation email?


Check your SPAM messages to see if the email hasn't accidentaly gone to your SPAM folder. If you still cannot find confirmation, reach out to us using Customer Services page.




7. How do I check my order?


You can check status of your order realtime using the App. If you feel there is a problem with the order, you may reach out to the Store. Check your order confirmation email to get the store contact number. Or, you can reach out to GoMeat Customer Care Specialist on Customer Services page.




8. Something is wrong with my order. What's next?


If there's any issue with your order, contact the restaurant first and let them know. The phone number is available in the order confirmation email. You may also reach out to us via Customer Services Page.




9. Is there a charge for GoMeat


GoMeat App is free. You'll have to pay for the meat you're ordering along with the convenience fee which helps GoMeat operations running and help you bring the meat from your favourite stores at your door steps. If the meat is being delivered you will incure a delivery charge by the store regardless of ordering via the app or phone.




10. Is there a minimum amount i have to spend to order


Yes, stores do require a minimum order of $50 to deliver.




11. Can payment information be saved


No - we do not save your credit card information.




12. How soon will my credit card be charged after i've ordered


Your card is charged as soon as you place your order, just as it would be when ordering over the phone.




13. Is my payment info secure


We do not save or maintain credit card information. All payment transactions are processed through PayPal.




14. What if i forgot my username. Or my password. Or both?


Your username is the email address you used when you registered your account. Click "Forgot My Username" button and input the information and we'll send you a reminder. As for your password, click the "Forgot My Password" link and we'll email you a link to reset it.




15. Can I have two GoMeat accounts with the same email?


Unfortunately, no. Because your email is tied to your username, it's not possible to have multiple accounts per email address.




16. Can i save more than one delivery address


Yes. Any address you use to place an order will be saved to your account. You can label each address to make things easier. If you decide you want to delete an address, click your name in the top right corner.




17. Can i save "special" delivery instructions?


Yes. When checking out add the delivery instructions to the delivery address.




18. What if a store doesn't deliver to me?


Our store partners decide their delivery range.




19. How do pickup orders work?


At checkout, select "Pickup". The store will inform you when your order will be ready. Also, please have a picture identification handy. Our stores will verify the right order for the right customer.




20. How does GoMeat help keep my account secure?


We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and care about the security of your GoMeat account. We occasionally email rstores to update and change their account passwords as a precautionary measure for security risks not associated with GoMeat. A number of reasons why one of these proactive emails would be triggered includes username and password breaches at other companies, phishing schemes, logging into insecure sites from public wifi, and malware attacks.




21. Why would my account be at risk because of security threats outside of GoMeat?


People sometimes use the same username and password combination to log into multiple sites. If any site that uses that combination is compromised, those users' credentials can be improperly obtained, disclosed and then purchased by fraudsters. The fraudsters then attempt to use the credentials to gain access to other sites. If they are able to gain access to a GoMeat account, they could be able to place an order successfully.




22. What should i do if i suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity on my account?


We take fraud extremly serious at GoMeat. If you notice any suspicious charges or unauthorized account activity, please contact us immediately through one of the contact information "here" so that we can investigate immediately.




23. What precautionary steps should I take as a customer to keep my GoMeat account secure?


-Create passwords that are at least 8 characters long; Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letter, numbers, and symbols; Do not use a word in the dictionary, a name, or other personal information like a birthday, address, or anniversary; Do not share your password with others; Be sure to log out completely from GoMeat to terminate account access; Consider employing a password manager through your browser or a third-party provider; change your GoMeat password often by clicking on the "Forgot password?" link on the sign in page and follow the prompts.
